Selling at Auction
If you wish to sell with Maynard Auctions—whether it’s a desirable apartment or a luxury watch—the first step is to request an auction estimate. This service is free of charge, with no obligation to consign.
The quickest and easiest way to obtain an auction estimate is by completing our online valuation form. We endeavour to respond to submissions within one working day.
If you're unable to access the online valuation form, please email a description of the item, with images, or send a property title deed/oqood to info@maynardauctions.ae, providing as much detail as possible to help us assist you.

For larger items or collections, we may be able to arrange for one of our team to visit you free of charge to provide informal identification, valuation, and sales advice. Please contact info@maynardauctions.ae to arrange a visit.
All sales are subject to the following seller’s fees:
- Lotting fee: AED 150 + VAT per lot. For each additional lot entered into the same auction, an additional fee of AED 75 + VAT per lot applies.
- Real estate lots: 1% + VAT of the hammer price (subject to a minimum of AED 10,000 + VAT).
- Item lots: 15% + VAT of the hammer price.
- Vehicle lots: Zero seller's fee.
