Buying at Auction
At Maynard Auctions we want to make buying at auction as easy and enjoyable as possible. For everyone looking to bid, we endeavour to answer all queries and are always on hand to help.

If you like a lot you see and want to bid on it, the first thing you need to do is register here.
We will require photo ID (passport mandatory for bidding on real estate lots).
All lots will have scheduled viewing days and times. We highly recommend that potential bidders gather as much information as possible regarding a lot before placing a bid. If you are unable to view a lot in person, you may request a condition report and/or additional images of a lot.
A refundable security deposit is required to bid on each lot. This will be 10% of the starting bid amount on each lot.
All purchases are subject to buyer's fees of:
- Real estate lots: 2% + VAT of the hammer price (subject to a minimum of AED 10,000 + VAT).
- Item lots: 15% +VAT of the hammer price.
- Vehicles: 5% + VAT of the hammer price.
