Collection, Delivery and Shipping Information

Collection

After an auction or private sale, you are welcome to collect your lots in person, or by sending your chosen carrier.

All collections are strictly by appointment only so we kindly ask you to book a collection slot at least 24 hours before arrival to allow us time to prepare your items in advance.

Item lots can be collected from our office at 1112, The Metropolis Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.

Shipping

Please note, we do not offer in-house shipping, but we do have contact information for our recommended and trusted shipping partners at the bottom of this page.

Buyers are welcome to arrange their own preferred courier to collect. All arrangements, including scheduling, packaging and insurance, must be organised by the buyer.

Any applicable taxes, duties or import fees associated with the purchase and delivery of items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Bespoke Local and International Hand Delivery

For high-value assets, we offer the exclusive option of personal, hand delivery by a trusted member of our team.

Whether you’re in Los Angeles, New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore or anywhere in between, this bespoke service guarantees peace of mind and ensures the highest level of care is taken to deliver your special asset to you.

All associated travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and expenses for this service, are to be covered by the buyer.

Vehicles

Once the sale of a vehicle is complete, we will put you in touch with the seller to arrange collection. If the vehicle is not located with the seller, we will notify you with the details for collection arrangements.

Storage

Items are to be collected within 3 working days once sold. If you are having any issues collecting your item, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

Maynard Auctions charges a fee of AED 150 + VAT for each day or part day of non-collection, per lot, up to a maximum of 10 working days.

After this period, you will lose the right to purchase the auction lot, and your security deposit will not be refunded.
