At its mechanical heart beats the highly sophisticated automatic movement—the Calibre 324 S C FUS (or later Calibre 26-330 S C FUS)—featuring a patented travel-time mechanism, a 21K gold central rotor, and the prestigious Patek Philippe Seal of quality visible through the sapphire exhibition case back. 

This specific lot is distinguished by its iconic black embossed dial with a subtle graded effect, framed by a flawlessly finished 40.8mm rounded-octagonal stainless steel case. Designed with intuitive utility in mind, the watch incorporates two central hour hands: a solid hand indicating local time and a skeletonized hand indicating home time. The dual-time architecture is brilliantly supported by two discrete aperture windows labeled "LOCAL" and "HOME" at 9 and 3 o'clock, acting as intuitive day/night indicators. Additionally, a traditional pointer-date sub-dial is beautifully integrated at 6 o'clock, mechanically synchronized directly to the local time zone. The local hour hand can be adjusted seamlessly backward or forward via the two elongated pusher triggers integrated into the left case band. The timepiece is fitted to its original ultra-resistant black composite Tropical strap and is secured by the patented stainless steel Aquanaut fold-over clasp.
