The Royal Mint 2017 Lunar Year of the Rooster 1oz gold coin. This is the fourth in a series of coins produced by the Royal Mint to celebrate the Lunar new year. Each year features a cycle of twelve animals - 2017 is the turn of the Rooster (or Cockerel).
Designed by British Chinese artist Wuon-Gean Ho, this coin contains exactly one ounce of fine gold 24-carat.
