The second in the new 'Myths & Legends' series from The Royal Mint, the 2022 Maid Marian 1oz gold coin is the latest release celebrating the great and the good of British folklore.
Following on from the Robin Hood coin, this depiction of Marian with bow and a quiver full of arrows is once again designed by Jody Clark - the chief designer with the Mint.
The 2022 Maid Marian gold coin is 24-carat (or 999.9 purity) and contains exactly one ounce of gold. Just like other British currency, this coin will be also be exempt of any Capital Gains Tax.
